Demolition works at a historic Wiltshire brewery are progressing ahead of plans to build over 100 homes.
Work at the old Wadworth brewery on Northgate Street in Devizes was due to get underway in mid-August, and by September the site was fenced off.
Multiple non-listed buildings on the site are currently being flattened to make way for 102 homes following the brewery’s relocation to Folly Road in 2023.
Pictures have shown the progress of these early works, with some former industrial buildings now reduced to rubble.
The homes will be built by developer Backhouse after its plans were approved in February 2025
