Coate Bridge development thrown out

After a long wait, the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government Sajid Javid has decided that the development at Coate Bridge will not go ahead. The Trust has spoken out against the proposed development on many occasions and we are delighted with the outcome of this long and hard fought battle. The fact that the proposed development was outside the Devizes Neighbourhood Plan has obviously added weight to the argument.
